Shiksa Girl

Duchasseur Shiksa is our pure-bred Wire-Haired Pointing Griffon. Isn't she precious? She is 4 years old and just had her first and only litter. We bred her with Griffe d'Automne Silver Bullet Four lovely puppies were whelped on June 21st. Three males and one female. See Gordon Creek Gaon's photo links below. After August 19th Gaon will be heading home to his new family in South Dakota! We will miss him! He is gentle when you are, adores being cuddled, and is quite keen on hunting.

Wire-haired Pointing Griffons

The Wire-haired Pointing Griffon is a versatile breed best known for hunting and retrieving. It is a French/Dutch breed, sometimes referred to as the Korthals Pointing Griffon or the Griffon d'arrêt à poil dur Korthals after the breed's originator Eduard Korthals (1851-1896).
